1. Free to play

All games on Gamechai are 100% free. There are no paid unlocks, subscriptions, loot boxes or pay-to-win mechanics.

2. Your account

Gamechai does not require sign-up. Your profile, scores and XP live in your browser. You are responsible for keeping your device private if you don't want others playing as you.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't try to break, scrape or abuse the games or leaderboard.
• Pick a username that's respectful, no slurs or impersonation.
• Be kind on the community Discord. We're all here to chill and play.

4. Intellectual property

The Gamechai name, game artwork and original game mechanics are owned by Gamechai. You're welcome to play, screenshot and share your scores. Don't rip the assets to rehost as your own product.

5. No warranty

Gamechai is provided "as is" for entertainment. We do our best to keep things working, but we don't guarantee uptime or that every high score will survive a browser refresh.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform grows. Major changes will be announced on our Discord and on the homepage.
